During the 1960's McQuay-Norris announced the first "all-round" camshaft bearing, and the McQuay-Norris® brand led the industry with the first fully automated piston ring foundry of electric induction furnaces for increased production capacity and a higher quality product. McQuay-Norris was the first hard parts brand to recognize the benefits of the wear indicator ball joint and actively promoted this design to the service dealer.
